Guide Veigar
Early game: You just want to farm as much as possible. Try to hit Skill 1 and kill 2 minons or 1 minion and hit enemy champion will give you 2 AP.
Level 6: Keep your distance and play safe, dont waste any mana on Skill 2 or Skill 3.
After Level 6: You should always check what the other players are doing if enemy mid laner is struggling with farming.
